Core Service Providers

Cloudflare provides application hosting, Workers runtime, D1 database, R2 object storage, Vectorize indexes, queues, KV, and related edge infrastructure.

Stripe provides checkout, subscriptions, invoices, payment handling, and billing metadata.

OpenRouter provides AI model routing for selected Sparky Scout responses and analysis workflows.

Connected Work Tools

Slack provides workspace installation, messages, files, lists, and user profile data that customers authorize Sparky Scout to read or write.

GitHub provides repository, pull request, commit, and CI context when customers install the GitHub App.

Linear provides issue, team, project, and workspace records when customers authorize Linear OAuth.

Discord provides beta workspace and message integration features when enabled.

Meeting Sources

Otter.ai and Fireflies.ai may provide meeting metadata, transcripts, and summaries when customers configure those sources.

These providers are optional and only apply to customers that connect the relevant meeting workflow.

We review sub-processor usage when adding or changing core providers. Material changes are reflected on this page.
