Email support@sparkyscout.com with workspace name, affected integration, approximate timestamp, and the behavior you expected.

For installation issues, include whether the problem is in Slack, GitHub, Linear, Discord, billing, or the Sparky setup checklist.

Response Priorities

Production-impacting setup, billing, and security issues are prioritized first. General product questions and configuration help are handled during normal business hours.

Customers in active onboarding may also use the shared implementation channel created for their workspace.

Sensitive Requests

Privacy, GDPR, deletion, export, and security requests should be sent to support@sparkyscout.com and will be routed to the appropriate operator.

Please do not send secrets, OAuth tokens, passwords, or full customer records in a support email.
